Surface Microscopy, Spectroscopy, and Fabrication Facility
The What, Why, Who, and How of the Surface Microscopy, Spectroscopy, and Fabrication Facility
In our efforts to generate liquid fuels from sunlight and CO₂, CHASE researchers need to fabricate, characterize, and optimize surfaces of hybrid photoelectrodes. Staff scientists, Dr. Carrie Donley and Dr. Bob Geil, in partnership with the Chapel Hill Analytical and Nanofabrication Laboratory (CHANL) run CHASE’s Surface Microscopy, Spectroscopy, and Fabrication Facilities
